A quick fall trip to a place I've never been before.

Explosion, by Sergio Castillo. On the campus of Boston University.

Near Boston City Hall and the JFK building.

Same tree as above, against City Hall.

A view down the Summit Path in Brookline.

Two views of Boston from the top of the Summit Path.

The quiet streets of Brookline.

A glimpse of the Rosetta stone from the Museum of Science.

A compound pendulum leaves a trail of fine sand, marking its path across a table. The pattern thusly created is a Lissajous figure.

The Charles Hayden Planetarium inside the Museum of Science has a rather worthy Zeiss star projector. Please don't try to take pictures during the show!
